Often run in combination with a website revamp or a new business or website, but also available freestanding; the Social Media SOS package helps you identify your ideal customer and outlines clear, tangible ways how to communicate and interact with them in the best way to create a following online - ultimately leading to more sales.
This 1-on-1 workshop contains 3 different parts:
Part 1 focuses on identifying your ideal client, or follower on social media and identifying the values that are important to them in order to better understand what language to use to interact with them in order for them to connect with you.
In Part 2 we work to formulate your own unique value proposition, which clearly states what you stand for, what your values, and what makes your business unique.
In Part 3 we map your content for social media to tie it all together and ensure that both your content and how you deliver it, aligns with your clients values as well as your goals.
All of this is geared towards social media, but what you learn in Part 1 and Part 2 can be used for all areas where your language and communication is important, such as on your website, for your printed marketing materials etc.
This workshop is often run in combination with other services we offer, but can also be done standalone. It takes about 2 hours to complete, in person or over the phone, and afterwards you will receive a document with all your answers documented, for you to keep and review when needed.
If you have no experience with social media at all, don't worry, in our workshop I will walk you through all the stages step by step, and teach you how to create engaging, likeable content.
If you have been using social media for a while, this workshop is still a useful tool, to ensure that your content and how you communicate with your audience aligns with the values of your ideal client or follower as well as your own goals for your business, giving you the most out of your social media activities.
