Know Your Customer (KYC) Workshop
THE KYC WORKSHOP HELPS YOU IDENTIFY YOUR IDEAL CUSTOMER AND OUTLINES CLEAR, TANGIBLE WAYS OF HOW TO COMMUNICATE AND INTERACT WITH THEM IN THE BEST WAY - ULTIMATELY LEADING TO MORE LEADS AND SALES.
In this 2-hour workshop, we will start by identifying your ideal customer(s). We can then move on to how to appeal to them, and do so by crafting your unique value proposition. In the third step, we translate the first two steps into some tangible advice on how to communicate with your ideal audience, which you can then use on your website, social media and any marketing material, on line or in print. This workshop is SO important, that we start all our projects by doing this with our clients. It is the foundation on which we build all our other strategy work on.
This two-hour 1-on-1 workshop contains 3 different parts:
Part 1 focuses on identifying your ideal customer, or follower on social media and identifying the values that are important to them in order to better understand what language to use to interact with them in order for them to connect with you.
In Part 2 we work to formulate your own unique value proposition, which clearly states what you stand for, what your values are, and what makes your business unique.
In Part 3 we map your content for social media to tie it all together and ensure that both your content and how you deliver it, aligns with your clients values as well as your own goals.
All of this is geared towards social media, but what you learn in Part 1 and Part 2 can be used for all areas where your language and communication is important, such as on your website, for your printed marketing materials etc.
This workshop is often run in combination with other services we offer, but can also be done standalone. It takes about 2 hours to complete, in person or over the phone, and afterwards you will receive a document with all your answers documented, for you to keep and review when needed.
